MOSCOW, February 23. /TASS/. Modernization and re-equipment of the Russian armed forces will be ongoing and incorporate real combat experience, President Vladimir Putin stated this in a video address on the occasion of Defender of the Fatherland Day.

"Incorporating our real combat experience, we will continue to strengthen the Armed Forces in every possible way, including ongoing re-equipping and modernization efforts," the head of state said.
