MOSCOW, January 18. /TASS/. The AUKUS military bloc (Australia, the UK and the US) will expand and inflate, including via admission of new members, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said during a press conference summarizing the work of the Russian diplomacy in 2022.

"Branched mechanisms have been established: dialogue formats between ASEAN and its individual partners; the East Asia Summit, […] there is also the ASEA regional security forum. A course has already been laid out not to determine the main paths of development of the region via census within these universal formats, but to pull this prerogative to narrow bloc structures, such as AUKUS, which will only get inflated, pumped, with new members included."
