MOSCOW, October 26. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin's speech at Thursday's Valdai Discussion Club plenary session will be extensive, a discussion is also planned after it, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Wednesday.

"In the evening, the president will prepare to take part in a meeting of the Valdai Discussion Club, which will hold its big session tomorrow in the Moscow Region. The president will speak, there will be an extensive speech, there will be a discussion," Peskov said.

"Of course, [the president] will answer participants' questions, traditionally, you will see and hear it all live," the Kremlin spokesman explained.

He added that Fyodor Lukyanov, a journalist, political scientist, and Research Director of the Valdai Discussion Club, will moderate the discussion.

"Tomorrow will be an interesting event. <...> All this promises to be a very and very important event, so we will wait for it," Peskov concluded.
