MOSCOW, October 11. /TASS/. Ottawa encourages Kiev to carry out terrorist attacks by supporting the Ukrainian authorities, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said at a briefing on Tuesday.

"By doing so, Canada sponsors continued hostilities, makes any peaceful outcome completely impossible, puts an end to political and diplomatic options and encourages the Kiev regime to carry out terrorist attacks," she pointed out.

According to Zakharova, "the Crimean Bridge incident, shelling attacks on civilians and civilian killings so far haven’t caused an official reaction from Ottawa".
