MOSCOW, October 6. /TASS/. Ukrainian forces opened fire on the coast line near the city of Energodar, with over 20 shell landings registered in the industrial area and the Zaporozhye Thermal Power Plant area, the city military-civilian administration told TASS Thursday.

"The Ukrainian forces shell the coast line near Energodar with artillery. By this point, the military-civilian administration of the city of Energodar reports over 20 artillery strikes on the industrial area, the Zaporozhye Thermal Power Plant and the coast line of Energodar," the administration press office said.

The Ukrainian forces reportedly use US-made 155-mm howitzers.

"By this point, there no victims were reported. Destruction and damage information is being clarified," the administration added.
