Self-driving cars will shuttle between Krestovsky Island and St. Petersburg proper from June 15 to 18

ST. PETERSBURG, June 14. /TASS/. SberAutoTech, a developer of self-driving and smart cars and an affiliate of Sber, will hold a public testing of thecompany’s robotic cars during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), Sber’s press service revealed.

Self-driving cars will shuttle between Krestovsky Island and St. Petersburg proper from June 15 to 18.

The interface will show the route of the self-driving car, all vehicles around, and issue warnings about the need to fasten seatbelts and asks whether the passenger is ready to embark on his or her journey," the press service said.

Testing engineers will join the ride of the self-driving cars for control oversight.
