KHERSON, June 8. /TASS/. Captive British mercenary Andrew Hill had information about a mass grave containing 280 civilians in Ukraine’s Kiev region, according to a photo of an entry from his notepad available to TASS.

On June 4, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) announced the completion of an investigation against British nationals Shaun Pinner and Andrew Hill, as well as against Moroccan citizen Saadun Brahim. An office spokesperson said that the defendants could face the death penalty. The investigation confirmed their involvement in crimes as defined by Article 34.2 of the DPR Criminal Code (crimes committed by a group of people), Article 323 of the DPR Criminal Code (forcible seizure of power or forcible retention of power) and Article 430 of the DPR Criminal Code (mercenary activities).
