"The gas ignition occurred on June 26, 2024 at 03:27 a.m. [local time; 00:27 GMT - TASS]. Two people were affected. The accident response plan was activated and the staff was moved out to surface," Uralkali said.

Company’s production facilities are functioning normally. Circumstances of the event are being investigated.
