MOSCOW, October 16. /TASS/. Small nuclear power plants are being built in Russia only, President Vladimir Putin said at the plenary session of the Russian Energy Week forum.

"Nobody except us is building small nuclear power plants. Yes, plans are in place but actually nothing takes place in the world. Only we are doing that," Putin said.

The 8th Russian Energy Week international forum is being held in Moscow from October 15 to 17. TASS is the information partner of the forum.
