MOSCOW, March 20. /TASS/. Sibur shareholders approved the payment of final dividends for 2023 in the amount of 39.62 bln rubles ($431,65 mln) in total or 15.46 rubles ($0.17) per share, the company said on Wednesday.
The list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends will be compiled on March 26.
Thus, taking into account dividends paid for nine months in the amount of 86.17 bln rubles ($938,44 mln) or 33.62 rubles ($0.36) per share, Sibur will allocate a total of 49.08 rubles ($0.53) per one ordinary share for dividends based on the results of 2023 or 125.79 bln rubles ($1.37 bln).
Sibur's dividend policy assumes a minimum dividend payment of 50% of adjusted net profit under the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The new policy applies to reporting periods beginning on July 1, 2020.
Sibur is Russia’s largest vertically integrated gas processing and petrochemical company, uniting a number of production sites in various regions of the country. The company sells products to consumers in the fuel and energy complex, automotive, construction, consumer goods, chemical, and other industries.
