MOSCOW, December 21. /TASS/. The Russian budget for the next three year is stable and provides for a minimal deficit of 1% of GDP, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said at the meeting of the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects.
"If we speak about macroeconomic stability, this is the budget in the first instance, the budget balance, the possibility of performance of all planned targets and decisions made by the government by the budget, irrespective of external factors and effects. These are exactly the principle we embedded in the budget for the next three years," the minister said.
"I would like to say the budget is stable. The budget provides for a minimal deficit - it is less than 1% of the gross domestic product. Starting from 2025, [it] provides for the balance of revenues and expenses - expenses net of interest payment," Siluanov added.
