Russia’s domestic market is growing — Putin

It is stressed that real incomes of the population dropped by 1% some time ago but they are growing now again

ULAN-UDE, March 14. /TASS/. Objective data from Russian cash registers reveal that the domestic market is growing, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during the visit to the Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant on Tuesday.

"Our domestic sales are growing. Many production sectors were oversized and intended for the external market. Some things contracted. At the same time, the domestic market is growing. This is showed by objective data of cash registers," Putin said.

Real incomes of the population dropped by 1% some time ago but they are growing now again, the President added.
