Putin suggests creating Eurasian Export Center, trading houses

It is important to more actively develop cooperation between the Eurasian Economic Union and foreign partners

MOSCOW, May 26. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin put forward ideas of establishing the Eurasian Export Center and trading house and development of cross-border special economic zones at the first Eurasian Economic Forum.

"It is advisable to develop institutions for key growth point common for the [Eurasian] continent, including to think of creating the Eurasian Export Center and trading houses, expedite efforts of establishing the Eurasian reinsurance company and study the issue of developing cross-border special economic zones, probably even with supranational powers," the head of state said.

It is important to more actively develop cooperation between the Eurasian Economic Union and foreign partners, inform them about benefits and advantages of working with the EAEU, about its key projects and plans, Putin noted.
