BANGALORE /India/, February 14. /TASS/. The Tactical Missiles Corporation plans to enter into more than 40 contracts under the present aftersales service program with foreign partners by 2025, a representative of the corporation told TASS at the Aero India 2023 international exhibition in Bangalore.
"In 2014, the Tactical Missiles Corporation started implementing the long-term program for aftersales service of exported military products through 2025, within which more than 40 contracts are suggested to be made with foreign partners, as well as the number of complain reports on export products to go down by 25-35%," the source said.
The corporation not only supplies hi-tech weapons to India, but also implements projects on their aftersales service, trains Indian specialists and provides assistance in operation and maintenance, the representative added.
Tactical Missiles Corporation was established in accordance with a presidential decree dated January 24, 2002. It focuses on the production of high-precision missiles, guided missiles and air-, ground-and sea-based weapons systems.
The 14th Aero India 2023 international air show is underway in Bangalore on February 13-17. The event is held once every two years, with Russia being an active participant here. Moscow is set to present more than 200 samples of its military products this year.
