MOSCOW, January 25. /TASS/. Moscow has no discussions with Berlin amid reports that a number of European countries, including Germany itself, intend to supply Ukraine with German-made Leopard tanks, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told the media on Wednesday.
"Not, it is not," he said, when asked if Russia was conducting discussions with Germany on the issue.
On Tuesday, a number of Western media quoted sources as saying that Germany and the United States had decided to provide Ukraine with German-made Leopard 2 tanks and US-made Abrams tanks. Also, Berlin plans to allow other countries to send German-made tanks to Kiev. Poland was among those who expressed such an intention. According to various media outlets, some European countries also intend to join these deliveries.
