MOSCOW, April 11. /TASS/. Russian air defense forces downed a Ukrainian Su-27 in the Dnepropetrovsk Region of Ukraine, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Major General Igor Konashenkov said Monday.

"Russian air defense forces downed a Ukrainian Armed Force Su-27 fighter near the settlement of Sinelnikovo, Dnepropetrovsk Region," he said.

According to Konashenkov, Russian aviation eliminated 42 Ukrainian military objects, including three command posts, two radar stations, a fuel depot and 35 strongholds and military vehicle concentration sites.
