MOSCOW, April 29. /TASS/. Talks with Ukraine have been stalled due to Kiev’s incoherency, as it follows the instructions from its Western patrons, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in an interview with Al Arabiya on Friday.

"We are stuck because of their incoherency, because of their wish to play games each time and, as far as I can see, because of the instructions from Washington, London and other capitals not to accelerate the negotiating process," he noted.
