MOSCOW, January 30. /TASS/. At least 50 people were injured in an explosion that hit a mosque in the Pakistani city of Peshawar near the border with Afghanistan, the Geo TV reported on Monday.

The mosque is located near a police station, the report said. A suicide bomber set off the blast during a midday prayer, the security service said.

The victims have been hospitalized, with 13 of them in critical condition.
