Foreign investments in Russian federal loan bonds down to 3.3% — Central Bank

MOSCOW, December 25. /TASS/. The share of foreign investments in Russian federal loan (OFZ) bonds dropped to 3.3% as of December 1, 2025, the Bank of Russia said.

The metric was at the level of 3.9% as of November 1 of this year.

The par value of OFZ bonds held by nonresidents totaled 963 bln rubles ($12.2 bln) as of early December 2025, while the total market volume was 29.207 trillion rubles ($369.7 bln).
