MOSCOW, March 4. /TASS/. The MOEX Index was up by 0.68% as of 11:37 a.m. Moscow time (08:37 a.m. GMT) at 3,288.81 points as it hit a fresh high since February 21, 2022, according to trading data.

As of 12:12 p.m. Moscow time (09:12 a.m. GMT) the MOEX Index was up by 0.79% at 3,292.47 points, while the RTS was up by 1.17% at 1,135.44 points.

Meanwhile, the dollar exchange rate was down by 0.38% at 91.33 rubles on Moscow Exchange, the euro was up by 0.12% at 99.02 rubles, while the yuan was down by 0.16% at 12.645 rubles.
