BERLIN, December 19. /TASS/. Bosch is considering different options of selling its Russian plants, the German company told TASS.
"The greater portion of our business with Russian clients and in Russia was severed or frozen for many months due to introduced restrictions," a Bosch spokesperson said. "Two hour plants in St. Petersburg, where we manufactured refrigerators and washing machines, are closed; clients are being serviced. BSH is considering different options and preparing detailed plans in line with legislative requirements," she added.
The Kommersant news outlet reported earlier that the Russian division of Bosch is holding talks on sale of its plants in St. Petersburg to Can Holding, a Turkish investment fund.
