MOSCOW, November 3. /TASS/. Additional oil and gas revenues in Russia’s budget turned out to be 7.5 billion rubles ($121 mln) less than forecast, the Finance Ministry said in a statement.
"The total difference of actually received oil and gas revenues from the expected monthly volume of oil and gas revenues and [deviation of] the estimate of the baseline monthly volume of oil and gas revenues from the baseline monthly volume of oil and gas revenues amounted to 7.5 bln rubles as of the end of October," the ministry said.
In November, the volume of additional oil and gas revenues in the Russian budget, associated with an increase in the actual oil price above the baseline level, is projected at 282.8 billion rubles ($4.6 bln), the ministry noted.
"That means that the total amount of funds from additional oil and gas revenues is plus 275.2 billion rubles ($4.4 bln)," the ministry said.
Due to the temporary suspension for 2022 of certain provisions of the budget rule related to the use of additional oil and gas revenues from the federal budget, the ministry will not use the abovementioned funds to buy foreign currency and gold, the Finance Ministry notes.
