MOSCOW, March 6. /TASS/. Russian forces wiped out a Ukrainian stronghold south of Chasov Yar, the Russian defense ministry said.
"Artillery crews of the Ivanovo airborne unit wiped out a Ukrainian stronghold with manpower in the outskirts of Chasov Yar. Drone operators confirmed that the stronghold was hit by an artillery round," it said.
According to the ministry, drone operators carry out aerial reconnaissance missions round-the-clock to stop enemy targets. "Artillery crews hit detected Ukrainian artillery positions, munitions depots, fortified stronghold and firing points, as well as areas of troops deployment," it said.
