He also referred to Turkey’s position regarding the issue and noted this is not the first time that disagreements emerge among NATO member states

BRUSSELS, May 19. /TASS/. NATO member states will be able to make a quick decision on accession of Sweden and Finland to the alliance, Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said as a press conference in Denmark Thursday.

"I'm confident that we will come to a quick decision to welcome both Finland and Sweden to join NATO," he said.

Stoltenberg underscored that this is not the first time that disagreements emerge among NATO member states, referring to Turkey’s position regarding there two countries’ membership. However, according to the Secretary General, NATO always manages to find a solution.
