BEIJING, December 31. /TASS/. China together with Russia are exploring favorable opportunities for joint stable development and is ready to promote cooperation with Russia based on the consensus reached at the summit level, China’s Prime Minister Li Qiang said.
"Under strategic guidance of President of China Xi Jinping and President of Russia Vladimir Putin, China and Russia took the advantage of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations as the opportunity to promote sustainable, healthy and stable development of the two nations," the prime minister said in the New Year congratulatory address to his Russian counterpart Mikhail Mishustin, cited by the China’s Foreign Ministry.
Beijing is ready to cooperate with Moscow and use the consensus reached between the head of two states, Li said. Agreements reached between Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin should be the landmark "for the progress in Chinese-Russian relations and cooperation in different areas to a new level," he added.
