IAEA under West’s thumb, Russia continues cooperation — Rosenergoatom

According to Renat Karchaa, the IAEA inspectors are under intense pressure from the West’s so-called war party

MELITOPOL, November 21. /TASS/. Russia is demonstrating a constructive approach in its cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), but their experts are under heavy pressure, Renat Karchaa, an adviser to the head of Russia’s Rosenergoatom nuclear power engineering company, told TASS on Monday.

"They [IAEA inspectors] are under intense pressure from the West’s so-called war party. There are openly biased among them, like the US and Canada, openly hostile from the very start, who don’t want an objective investigation. Some are dependent, under pressure," he said.

Despite this, in his words, Russia continues to cooperate with the IAEA. "We are open and we are constructive in our approaches," he stressed.
