YEREVAN, October 28. /TASS/. Azerbaijan intends to "occupy even more Armenian territories," which must prevented, Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan said Friday.

"The militarist rhetoric of the official Baku evidences that Azerbaijan intends to occupy more Armenian territories, which must be prevented. This is also evidenced by Azerbaijan’s attempts to attribute regular ceasefire violations to the Armenian side, and thus prepare a ground for a new round of aggression against Armenia. The risk of a new aggression from Azerbaijan remains very high," he said, speaking at the meeting of Council of the Heads of Governments.

According to Grigoryan, "within the context of prevention of new Azerbaijani attacks, special role belongs to addressed and clear reaction of international partners to Baku’s provocative claims."

"I would like to once again emphasize that political and diplomatic settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is an integral part of establishment of peace and security in the Southern Caucasus region, and, in order to ensure stability and security, it is necessary to unconditionally and immediately withdraw Azerbaijani forces from the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia," the Deputy Prime Minister said.
