Kim Jong-un to leave Vladivostok Friday afternoon — organizers

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un made his first visit to Russia on Wednesday to hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin

VLADIVOSTOK, April 26. /TASS/. North Korean leader Kim Jong-un will leave Vladivostok on Friday at 3pm local time (8am Moscow time), organizers told reporters on Friday.

"At 3pm, an official farewell ceremony will start at the railway station," organizers said.

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un made his first visit to Russia on Wednesday. Kim met with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday on the Russky island in Vladivostok. The leaders discussed prospects for developing bilateral relations, considered in detail issues pertaining to the situation on the Korean Peninsula, including the problem of denuclearization. The summit in Vladivostok was the first meeting between Putin and Kim.

After talks Putin said that Kim Jong-un is "an interesting and informative interlocutor," while Kim described the talks as "comprehensive.".
