According to Dmitry Polyansky, the meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council went quite calmly, without extreme emotions or attacks

VIENNA, January 30. /TASS/. Russian Permanent Representative to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Dmitry Polyansky said respectful contacts have been established with representatives of several unfriendly states to the organization.

"Today’s meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council went quite calmly, without extreme emotions or attacks. Our colleagues paid attention to our statements on Ukraine, and with many of them, including those representing unfriendly countries in Vienna, we have already managed to establish fairly respectful contacts. Another issue discussed was the remembrance of Holocaust victims," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
