BELGOROD, February 14. /TASS/. A civilian has been killed in an attack by a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in the Belgorod Region’s Kukuyevka, Vyacheslav Gladkov, the region’s governor, said on his Telegram channel.

"The Valuysky district has come under the attack of enemy drones. In the settlement of Kukuyevka, the worst happened: an explosive device dropped by a drone at a private household killed a man. I express my deepest condolences to the victim’s family and loved ones," he wrote.

According to the regional head, seven households in Kukuyevka sustained various kinds of damage from the drone attacks: broken windows, damaged facades, roofing, outbuildings, and fences. Moreover, four passenger cars were damaged.

The settlement of Dolgoye was hit by UAVs. The drone strikes broke windows, damaged the roofing and facades of three private houses, with three passenger cars, a tractor, and a shopping facility also affected by shrapnel. "The information on the aftermath is being updated. Operational services will carry out a door-to-door inspection after coordinating it with the Russian Defense Ministry," the governor added.
