Putin asks Cabinet to prepare long-term budget forecast

The government is to present the report by January 15, 2025, with annual reports to follow

MOSCOW, April 1. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the government to prepare the long-term budget forecast for 2025-2030.

The list of assignments was posted on the Kremlin’s website. "The government of the Russian Federation should ensure forming and approving the budget forecast of the Russian Federation for the long-term period, containing parameters of the looking-forward financial plan for 2025-2030 and amounts of funding for national and federal projects," the document reads.

The government is to present the report by January 15, 2025, with annual reports to follow.
