LVOV, November 23. /TASS/. An electricity substation in the Lvov Region has been hit by a missile, which cut power supply to three of the region’s districts, Maksim Kozitsky, head of the regional administration, said on Wednesday.
"Electricity substation in the Lvov Region has been struck. Power cuts in Yavorovsky, Lvovsky and Chervonogradsky districts," he said on Telegram.
Emergency power cuts have been introduced, he said.
Lvov Mayor Andrey Sadovoy earlier said the city had lost power supply completely. The city’s water and heating supply has also come to a stop. The mayor said the city is starting to use diesel-powered electricity generators.
