According to Mikhail Mizintsev, this is necessary "to establish the conditions of detention and carry out an in-depth medical examination to then hand over the reports to the Russian side and international organizations"

MOSCOW, April 6./TASS/. Russia asks the UN, other international organizations, Germany, Turkey and France to demand from Ukraine to ensure the access of representatives from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to Russian prisoners of war, Mikhail Mizintsev, chief of Russia’s National Defense Management Center, said on Wednesday.

"The Russian Federation represented by the Joint Coordination Headquarters of the Russian Federation for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine asks the UN, the OSCE, the ICRC, other international organizations, as well as the leadership of Germany, Turkey and France - the countries that actively work on the Ukrainian humanitarian track, to demand from the Ukrainian authorities to immediately ensure the access of ICRC representatives to Russian prisoners of war," Mizintesv said.

According to him, this is necessary "to establish the conditions of detention and carry out an in-depth medical examination to then hand over the reports to the Russian side and international organizations."
