BRUSSELS, December 13. /TASS/. Foreign ministers of twenty-seven member-countries of the European Union will approve the 15th package of anti-Russian sanctions and new measures for the alleged "hybrid actions" of Moscow at their meeting on December 16, a high-ranking EU spokesman told reporters.
"We will approve, I hope, the 15th package of sanctions against Russia and a new black list for hybrid actions," the spokesman said. The diplomat did not detail the black list he referred to.
On Wednesday, permanent representatives of 27 EU countries endorsed the 15th package of sanctions against Russia related to the conflict in Ukraine, which comprises measures against foreign tankers carrying Russian oil.
On November 28, the EUobserver web portal reported, citing a draft document, that 54 individuals and 29 organizations will be added to the black list of the 15th package of anti-Russian sanctions. Furthermore, 34 companies and 47 ships will be added by the EU to a "gray" list (the one requiring extra supervision).
