Acron Board recommends paying 2023 dividends

The annual meeting of shareholders to consider the dividend issue among other things is scheduled for May 8, 2024

MOSCOW, April 15. /TASS/. The Board of Directors of Acron recommended shareholders to approve the resolution on paying 2023 dividends, the Russian fertilizer producer said in a statement on the corporate information disclosure portal.

"To pay (announce) dividends on allotted ordinary shares in Acron according to 2023 results in the monetary form amounting to four hundred and twenty seven (427) rubles ($4.61) per share," Acron said in a notice after the Board meeting.

The annual meeting of shareholders to consider the dividend issue among other things is scheduled for May 8, 2024. May 19 is fixed as the date to determine persons eligible for dividends.
