"The Kiev regime made an attempt to carry out a terrorist attack with a fixed-wing drone on sites on the territory of the Russian Federation, which was foiled around 9:15 a.m. Moscow time on September 22. The Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle was destroyed over the territory of the Kursk Region by on-duty air defense capabilities," it said.
