China’s ambassador to Kiev summoned to Ukrainian foreign ministry

Kiev claimed that certain evidence was presented to the Chinese side, and "serious concerns" were expressed

MOSCOW, April 23. /TASS/. Chinese Ambassador to Ukraine Ma Shengkun was summoned to Ukraine’s foreign ministry due to alleged participation of Chinese citizens in hostilities and Beijing’s defense cooperation with Moscow, the Ukrainian foreign ministry wrote on Facebook (banned in Russia, owned by the Meta corporation, recognized as extremist in Russia).

Kiev claimed that certain evidence was presented to the Chinese side, and "serious concerns" were expressed.

The Chinese government strongly rejected claims of supplying weapons for the special military operation on numerous occasions, and at various levels. Beijing also denied sending its troops to participate in the conflict. The country’s government demands that its citizens avoided any involvement in hostilities.
