CAIRO, March 18. /TASS/. The Palestinian radical organization Islamic Jihad has confirmed that its militant wing, the Saraya al-Quds group, spokesman Abu Hamza has been killed in an Israeli strike on the Gaza Strip.
"We confirm that Naji Abu Saif, better known as Abu Hamza, the spokesman for Saraya Al-Quds, has died as a result of an Israeli strike," it said in a statement posted on its Telegram channel.
According to Islamic Jihad, Abu Hamza’s family and the family of his brother were in the house at the moment of the attack.
Abu Hamza’s death was earlier reported by the Al Hadath television channel.
