Obligatory evacuation of children announced in four Kiev-controlled settlements in DPR

According to Ukraine’s ministry, twenty-eight children and their families or legal representatives will be evacuated

MOSCOW, March 7. /TASS/. Obligatory evacuation of children has been announced in four settlements in Kiev-controlled settlements in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), Ukraine’s ministry of reintegration said.

"Due to the security situation in four settlements in the Donetsk Region, mandatory evacuation of children has been announced," it wrote on its Telegram channel.

According to the ministry, twenty-eight children and their families or legal representatives will be evacuated.

Earlier in the day, the Kharkov Region’s military authorities made a decision to obligatorily evacuate people form settlements in the Kupyansk area.

Evacuation campaign are regularly organized in Ukraine due to security considerations. In late 2023, around 4,000 people were evacuated from the Sumy Region and 300 children were evacuated from the Kupyansk district in late Noovember.
