Foreign reporters pour in to cook up fake news on ‘attack’ on sick, injured people — LPR

LUGANSK, April 8. /TASS/. Ukrainian and foreign reporters have poured into the town of Kremennaya in the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) in order to conjure up fake news reports about the LPR militia’s ‘shelling attack’ on a vehicle carrying sick and wounded people evacuated from a local hospital, LPR Militia Spokesman Ivan Filiponenko said on Friday.

"Our intelligence has found out that a group of Ukrainian and foreign media workers has arrived in the community of Kremennaya to cobble together fabricated reports about LPR militiamen allegedly shelling a vehicle evacuating sick and wounded people from a medical facility," he pointed out.

On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a special military operation based on a request from the heads of the Donbass republics. The Russian leader stressed that Moscow had no plans to occupy Ukrainian territories and the goal was to demilitarize and denazify the country.
