MOSCOW, December 28. /TASS/. Foreign non-governmental organizations carry out destructive work in Russia under the guise of cultural and educational activities, according to the country’s updated Strategy for Countering Extremism.

"A significant negative impact on the situation in the country is caused by destructive activities of foreign and international non-governmental organizations, as well as Russian groups under their control, including the activities that are carried out under the guise of implementing humanitarian, educational, cultural and religious projects and aimed at inspiring protest activity of the population by using social, economic, environmental and other factors," the document says.
