Russia delivering strikes on military infrastructure targets in Ukraine — Kremlin

It is reported that the goals of the special military operation have not changed

MOSCOW, November 16. /TASS/. Russia has been delivering strikes on facilities in Ukraine that are directly or indirectly associated with its military infrastructure, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Wednesday, saying that the goals of the special military operation have not changed.

"The goals [of the special military operation] have not changed, and facilities directly or indirectly associated with military infrastructure have been the target," Peskov said, commenting on Tuesday’s massive strike against targets on Ukrainian soil.

The Russian presidential spokesman redirected any questions about "specific targets" to the country’s top brass. When asked to comment on power outages in Ukraine following the massive strike on Tuesday, Peskov reiterated that "[facilities] directly or indirectly related to military infrastructure or military activity have been the target."

Earlier on Wednesday, Defense Ministry Spokesman Lieutenant-General Igor Konashenkov reported that on November 15 Russian forces delivered precision strikes on Ukrainian military command posts and related power facilities, with the goal being met.
