Six civilians wounded in Pologi city as result of shelling by Ukrainian troops

MELITOPOL, November 27. /TASS/. Six civilians were wounded in the city of Pologi in the Zaporozhy Region, which was shelled by Ukrainian troops two times over the weekend, the city’s military-civilian administration said on Sunday.

"The city of Pologi came under massive shelling attacks by Ukrainian troops two times over the weekend. On the night of November 26, twenty-five howitzer shells hit the city. At about 3:30 a.m. Moscow time on November 27, Ukrainian troops shelled the city from US-made HIMARS multiple rocket launchers, with six rockets being fired," it said. "Six civilians were wounded. They were taken to hospital."

According to the administration, police and emergencies ministry buildings, two schools, a department store, a five-storey and a private houses, and two idling hospitals were heavily damaged. Apart from that, electricity supplies have been partially cut off and there are problems with cellular communications.
