MOSCOW, February 7. /TASS/. The Russian economy has successfully coped with unprecedented sanctions, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said at the meeting with President Vladimir Putin.
"The national economy has coped successfully with the unprecedented sanction pressure, as distinct from many countries that introduced sanctions against us. The situation there is close to stagnation in a number of cases," the Prime Minister noted.
The national economy is demonstrating rather steady and dynamic growth for the second year thus far, Mishustin added. The rise of the national GDP was backed by the consumer activity with high investments, he noted.
