KIEV, October 17. /TASS/. A fuel depot in the city of Nikolayev caught fire on Sunday evening, Ukraine’s UNIAN news agency reported on Sunday.

No other details are available. A video, claimed to be the video of the blaze, has been published online.

Earlier on Sunday, the agency said Nikolayev was rocked by a series of blasts, followed by a fire. Air raid sirens are still heard in the city. According to the Klimenko Time news portal, two blasts were heard in the city.

Blasts were also heard in the Odessa and Kharkov regions on Sunday evening.

According to the Strana news portal, air raid alert was also declared in the Dnepropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Poltava and Kharkov regions.
