NOVOSIBIRSK, October 26. /TASS/. Russian medical products with artificial intelligence (AI), capable in particular of setting a preliminary analysis on the basis of images or clinical record analysis, have high competitive and export potential, Deputy Health Minister Pavel Pugachev told reporters on the sidelines of the Prof-IT forum.
"We have 24 such products registered to date, with 17 among them are items from Russian developers. This evidences we have a fairly high competitive potential of Russian developments and we discussed today, among other things, prospects of exporting these medical items to India and Pakistan in particular," Pugachev said.
The Ministry is interested in exporting medical products since market expansion will facilitate growth of products quality, the official added.
