Heart-shaped diamond unearthed in northern Russia

A 92.34-carat diamond with a rare cloudy form was founded at the deposit in 2022

ARCHANGELSK, April 10. /TASS/. A 16.64-carat, heart-shaped diamond was found at the Lomonosov Deposit in the Archangelsk Region, the press service of Severalmaz Company reports this Monday.

"A raw diamond in the shape of a small heart was unearthed on April 8. Its weight is 16.64 carats," the company posted on its official page on the VKontakte social media site.

A 92.34-carat diamond with a rare cloudy form was founded at the deposit in 2022. The Archangelsk Region is the sole place in Europe that is home to diamond mines.
