It will take about ten days for Russian forces to clear Sudzha in the Kursk Region of the Ukrainian army’s remnants, Deputy Chief of the Russian Armed Forces’ Main Military-Political Department, Akhmat Special Forces Commander Lieutenant General Apty Alaudinov said on Thursday.

"We must be ready that we will be finding some isolated groups in some basements and dugouts and will, perhaps, have to mop up all these forest belts… I believe this operation will take some ten days," Alaudinov said in an interview with the RT international news TV channel.
