MOSCOW, November 21. /TASS/. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are suffering enormous losses near the cities of Artyomovsk and Soledar, Andrey Marochko, an officer with the Lugansk People’s Republic’s (LPR) People’s Militia, told Channel One.

"The situation near the cities of Artyomovsk and Soledar is unfavorable for the enemy. First of all, they are suffering huge losses in the area," he said. "It forced the Ukrainian command to take certain steps. First, they shifted from counteroffensive mode to defensive maneuvers but after seeing that they could not actually benefit from the strategy and tactics, they moved into a defensive crouch," Marochko added.
