MOSCOW, May 11. /TASS/. Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov on Wednesday rebutted the suggestion by former Kremlin advisor Sergey Glazyev that a coup was being planned in Russia.
When asked by reporters how he would describe Russia’s domestic political situation, the spokesman responded, "As stable."
"Unfortunately, I don’t know what these conclusions [by Glazyev] are based on, so I can’t say anything," Peskov said.
Earlier, some news media reported that Glazyev stated the West was preparing a coup in Russia.
